MWOC = Magic Wheels OC, LLC.

1. I agree to rent from MWOC on the selected days and pay the amount set.

2. I agree to return the equipment back to MWOC on the date and time I selected.

3. I agree to pay full retail price coming from the original payment form if I fail to return the equipment back to MWOC.

4.  I agree to pay full retail price coming from the original payment form if I return the equipment heavily damaged beyond repair.

5.  I agree to pay an addition $50 if I return the equipment back with vomit or solid waste. I agree that MWOC will keep my $20 security deposit, if deep cleaning is needed. I agree that glitter is considered deep cleaning.

6.  I agree to release Magic Wheels OC, LLC from any liability of injury, permanent injury, or death while using the equipment.

7.  I agree to get a full refund only if I cancelled 48 hours of the reservation time and date. After 48 hours, MWOC will keep my security deposit. Within 24 hours MWOC will charge my card for the full amount.

8.  I agree to only receive 50% of the total amount if I cancel less than 48 hours from the reservation time and date.

9. I agree that if I'm staying at any of these hotels, that I will meet with the MWOC representative at the Lobby on time. Grand Californian, Disneyland hotel, Pixar Place, Desert Palms, Best Western Mini Suites, Tropicana, Camelot, Embassy Anaheim South, Best Western Pavillions.

10. I understand and agree that every stroller has an AirTag for the sole purpose of security. If my stroller gets stolen or misplaced, I can contact MWOC and ask for their help to locate the stroller.

11. I agree to have fun and enjoy my day!!
